Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 30 July 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all fees, payments and related transactions collected by Finomyy (“Finomyy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with registrations for any event, competition, course, or activity (each, an “Event”). By remitting any payment to Finomyy, you (“Registrant,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, this Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

• “Registration Fee” means any fee paid by a Registrant for the right to participate in an Event.
• “Force Majeure” means any cause beyond Finomyy’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, labor disputes, or communications or power failures.

2. NON‑REFUNDABLE NATURE OF FEES

All Registration Fees are ab initio non‑refundable and non‑transferable, except as expressly provided herein. Any purported request for full or partial refund, rescission, or credit (“Refund Request”) shall be governed solely by this Policy, and Registrant hereby irrevocably waives any right to claim a refund at law or in equity beyond the terms hereof.

3. CANCELLATION BY FINOMYY

• 3.1  Discretionary Cancellation. Finomyy reserves the unfettered right to cancel or discontinue any Event at its sole discretion.
• 3.2  Remedies Upon Cancellation. In the event Finomyy elects to cancel an Event without rescheduling, Registrants shall be entitled, as Finomyy may elect in its absolute discretion, either to:
  • (a)  Receive a full refund of the Registration Fee; or
  • (b)  Receive a credit against a future Event of equivalent value.
• 3.3  Limitations. Finomyy shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any such cancellation.

4. POSTPONEMENT & RESCHEDULING

• 4.1  Rescheduling. Finomyy may, at any time, reschedule an Event due to operational exigencies or Force Majeure.
• 4.2  Registrant’s Options. If you are materially unable to attend the rescheduled Event, you may submit a Refund Request in writing to us not less than seventy‑two (72) hours prior to the newly scheduled date.
• 4.3  Decision Rights. All such requests shall be adjudicated at Finomyy’s sole discretion. Absent timely submission, your original registration shall be deemed valid for the rescheduled Event, and you shall forfeit any claim to a refund.

5. REFUND PROCEDURE (WHERE APPLICABLE)

• 5.1  Submission Requirements. Any Refund Request must be submitted via email to refundrequestfinomyy@gmail.com, accompanied by:
  • (i)  Registrant’s full name and contact information;
  • (ii)  Proof of payment (transaction ID, date, amount); and
  • (iii)  Name and date of the Event.
• 5.2  Refund Method. If Finomyy approves a Refund Request, refund shall be issued ex gratia to the original payment instrument, within thirty (30) business days of approval.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Registrant acknowledges that initiating any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute without prior written approval from Finomyy shall constitute a material breach of this Policy. In such event, Finomyy may, at its sole election, (a) refuse any future registrations from the Registrant, and/or (b) pursue any and all legal or equitable remedies available, including recovery of costs and attorneys’ fees.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Finomyy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance caused by Force Majeure. If an Event is cancelled or postponed due to Force Majeure, Registrants shall have no right to a refund except as set forth in Section 3.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FINOMYY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS POLICY OR ANY EVENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. AMENDMENTS

Finomyy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting the revised Policy on its website. Continued payment or participation after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
