• Information You Provide. Upon registration for an Event, we collect:
  • Full name, email address, and mobile number
  • Educational institution and grade
  • Payment transaction identifiers and billing details

We will Process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Event Administration & Delivery. To verify registration, manage participation, issue certificates, and process refunds or credits.
• Communications. To send confirmations, updates, and logistical details regarding the Event(s) for which you register.
• Promotional Activities. To send you information about future Events, competitions, workshops, or other offerings by Finomyy. Registrants acknowledge and consent that promotional messages may be sent indefinitely and are not subject to opt‑out.
• Legal Compliance & Risk Management. To comply with applicable laws, enforce our policies, and protect the rights, property, or safety of Finomyy, its users, and the public.

4. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data. We may disclose Personal Data to:

• Service Providers. Third‑party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, email/SMS platforms), under strict confidentiality agreements.
